All day Mock Trial (Not a Sniff and Go) Although you do not need to have passed an ORT to enter, you and your dog should be fluent working at the level chosen. *NACSW Rules and Trial Hides.

Competitor briefings will start at 8:45am

Trial Site: Long walks to and from parking area ( a block or two). Uneven ground, public sidewalk along a busy roadway. Possible stairs. Dogs may see dogs exiting and entering. This is a public area - Dogs and people from the public may appear. It will not be possible to drive to the searches.

One dog per form. If there is room we will accept a second (FEO) dog per day. The hides will remain the same.

We will maintain a waitlist if event fills.

Entry will close when the Mock Trial fills. Teams will be notified by email up to 48 hours after entry. We will not be taking payment until you are given a space in the Mock Trial. If you are given a space you will receive information on how to make your check payment. We are only taking checks as payment. You will have three (3) days to complete payment to confirm space in Mock Trial.

Cancellation policy- Full refund minus $25 processing fee will be mailed in the form of check. On or before Nov 7th. No refund after Nov 8. Unless we can fill space then full refund minus $25. All cancellations must be emailed to Sarah Becker seachangecanine@gmail.com with Cancellation Nov 15 or 16 in the subject line. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused or barred from competition. Entree fees will not be refunded if the mock trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbance, fire, weather, an act of god, public emergency , or any other cause beyond the control of the organizer.

This Mock Trial is following NACSW rules. Any exhibitor whose dog(s) or guest(s) create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave the trial site, then the exhibitor will not be refunded any fees that have been paid.
